• Work with him/her from the initial needs analysis to the delivery of household goods

• Autos can be shipped with the household goods or separately on a car carrier

Our partner offers choices to the transferee and employer through the most complete network of nationwide movers in the industry. Their volume enables them to provide the best value.

• Each move is bid out to two or three movers with whom our partner has national transportation agreements with pricing parameters. Each agreement includes:
  • Replacement value insurance coverage up to $100,000
  • Discount levels of 66% or more, each company offering the discounts that it feels will make it most competitive
• Your transferee or you can make the final selection of mover. We can arrange for the transferee to pay for part of or the entire move or have the cost direct billed to your company. Pearce Plus will work directly with you to structure the program to your company’s needs and preferences
• The Move Consultant will follow up and advocate for your transferee throughout the entire process providing complete, professional move coordination
