Maureen Campbell, President, Pearce Plus Relocation & Senior Services
Maureen started Pearce Relocation in 1981. In 2008 the relocation division became Pearce Plus, LLC. Pearce Plus Relocation is an award winning organization that works with employers, large and small, to assist them with recruiting new candidates and relocating employees and their families. With national and international connections, Pearce Plus assists corporations, universities, and hospitals to relocate their employees anywhere in the world. Maureen, along with Jean Cherni, also started Pearce Plus Senior Services in 1999. Pearce Plus Senior Services is a relocation program for seniors who are downsizing and moving into retirement communities. Retirement communities along the East Coast have come to rely on the services of Pearce Plus to facilitate the moves of their future residents.
In her career, Maureen has earned both the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS) designations from Worldwide ERC®. Worldwide ERC® is the foremost workforce mobility association and serves as the platform to which organizations worldwide turn when developing best-in-class workforce mobility programs for the relocation of their employees domestically and around the world. She is the recipient of Worldwide ERC’s Meritorious Service Award, the Chairman’s Award for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the Athena Award from the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce, and was recognized as one of the Top 20 Business Women by Business Times Magazine.
Maureen has been active in the Relocation Industry nationally, having served as the chairperson of the Relocation Directors Council of Travelers Relocation, as a member of the Advisory Board for Relocation Resources International, as a member of the Advisory Council for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, and as President of the Relocation Directors Council. She has also served on the Certification Review Board and CRP Job Analysis Task Force of the Worldwide ERC®. In addition, locally, Maureen has served on the boards of the Human Resource Association of Greater New Haven (an affiliate of SHRM), LifeHaven, a homeless shelter for women and children, and the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors. A veteran of the relocation industry, she is also a frequent speaker at national relocation conferences.
